An easy, yet healthy and tasty all-day breakfast rice meal.

Century Tuna Silog

Sautéed tuna:
1 – 180 grams Century Tuna Flakes in Oil
1 teaspoon butter
1 clove garlic, sliced
1 medium tomato, cut to chunks
1 small white onion, sliced to rings

Garlic fried rice:
2 teaspoons cooking oil
2 cloves garlic, chopped
2 cups cooked rice
Pinch of salt, or according to taste
1 egg, cooked sunny-side-up

In a small pan or skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic, tomatoes and onions. Add Century Tuna Flakes in Oil. Cook until tomatoes are soft and onions, wilted. Remove from heat and set aside.
For the garlic rice, carefully toast garlic in hot oil until evenly brown. Add rice and sprinkle salt. Cook while tossing occasionally until rice is heated through. Remove rice from pan then arrange on a plate with sautéed tuna and egg. Serve hot.
