Ingredients:
1 – 184 grams Century Tuna Chunks in Water, drained
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons chopped canned pimiento
1/4 cup grated cheese
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
8 slices white bread
Procedure:
Combine tuna, mayonnaise, pimiento, cheese, salt and pepper. Mix well. Chill to let flavors blend. Spread on bread.
Makes 4 sandwiches.
