Spicy and meaty tuna sisig you can have as a healthy appetizer or with rice for lunch or dinner.

Century Tuna Sisig Con Tokwa


2 125 grams Century Tuna Flakes in Oil
4 squares tokwa, fried then diced
1/2 cup cooking oil to fry tokwa
2 medium green finger chilli, sliced
1 small red onion, peeled and chopped
2 teaspoons liquid seasoning
2 tablespoons white vinegar
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 medium egg


In a small pan over medium heat, cook Century Tuna Flakes with its oil and broth until slightly dry. Add fried tokwa, green chili and onion. In a small cup or bowl, mix together liquid seasoning, vinegar and mayonnaise then quickly stir into tuna and tokwa. Add whole egg into sisig then stir to cook the egg. Quickly remove from heat and serve.

Serves 4 to 5.
