Century Tuna Mami


1 tablespoon cooking oil

1 teaspoon minced garlic

1/2 cup sliced onions

6 cups chicken broth

1/2 cup carrots, cut into strips

2-1/2 cups fresh mami noodles (250 g)

1-180 grams Century Tuna Flakes in Brine

1 tablespoon chopped spring onions
fried garlic slices


Heat cooking oil, then saute garlic, and onions. Pour in broth and bring to boil. Add vegetables and tuna. Simmer for 2 minutes. Add mami noodles and boil for 2 minutes. Garnish with chopped spring onions and fried garlic. Serve immediately.
