An oriental classic of stir fried vegetables made healthier with tuna flakes.

Century Tuna Chopsuey


1 125 grams Century Tuna Flakes in Oil
1 small onion, sliced
3 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped
1 30 grams sachet oyster sauce
1 medium sayote, peeled, sliced
1 small carrot, cut into half-circles
12 pieces Baguio beans, cut to 1-inch pieces
2 cups sliced cabbage or pechay
1/4 teaspoon salt, or to taste
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper


In a large pan over medium heat, cook together Century Tuna Flakes with its oil and broth, onion, garlic and oyster sauce. Add sayote, carrot, abitsuelas and cabbage then toss well. Cover and cook for about 3 minutes until vegetables are crisp-tender. Adjust taste with salt and pepper. Remove from heat and serve.

Serves 5 to 6.
