Japanese-style sandwich with a filling of Teriyaki-doused bangus, fresh veggies, and sesame seeds.

Century Bangus Teriyaki Sandwich

Ingredients:

¼ cup cooking oil
1-450 grams Century Premium Boneless Bangus Belly Marinated,
cut into 2
1 cup prepared teriyaki sauce*
2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
1/3 cup sliced spring onion (1/2 inch diagonally)
6 pieces large pandesal, split in half
1 cup torn lettuce
½ cup sliced tomato

Procedure:

Fry bangus in hot oil until crisp and golden.  While still hot, spread bangus with teriyaki sauce and sprinkle with sesame seeds and spring onion.  Fill into pandesal with lettuce and tomato.

Makes 6 servings.
