Ingredients:
2 – 180 grams Century Tuna Flakes with Calamansi, drained
2 tablespoons cooking oil
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
1 finger pepper, sliced
¼ cup aligue (store bought)
3 cups cooked rice
¼ cup chopped spring onions
½ teaspoon salt
Procedure:
Heat pan with cooking oil. Sauté garlic and finger pepper. Add Century Tuna, aligue, and cooked rice. Season with salt. Continue cooking for 3 minutes. Top spring onions before serving.
Makes 4 servings.
