STEAMED CENTURY TUNA WITH ASIAN SAUCE |

Ingredients:
Procedure:
Mix together mirin, soy sauce, hondashi, carrots, leeks, ginger, onions, mushrooms, sugar and sesame oil. Set aside.
Put tuna in a heat-proof dish. Pour in the mirin mixture. Cover with foil. Steam for 20 minutes. Serve hot.
Use as an appetizer or main dish with rice.
Makes 8 servings.
