CHILI CHEESE CRUNCHY SANDWICH |

Procedure:
Heat 2 teaspoons oil in a pan. Sauté Century Tuna loaf, bell peppers and chili power for a few seconds. Remove from heat then cool for about 10 minutes.
In a bowl, mix together cheese, mayonnaise, sautéed tuna meatloaf and peppers. Fill into bread and toast sandwich in a skillet or oven toaster until brown and crisp on both sides. Slice before serving to show filling. Serve with tossed green salad or fruit slices on the side.
Makes 6 sandwiches.
