CENTURY TUNA SPRING SALAD |

Ingredients:
Procedure:
In a large clean bowl combine grapes, mandarin orange, walnuts, tomatoes and tuna. Place on a bed of mixed lettuce. Chill well until ready to serve.
In a smaller bowl, mix together yogurt, lemon juice and honey. Toss dressing into the salad or serve on the side.
Makes 8 servings.
